TRAVELROO

TIMEFRAME: The timeframe for brand design was 5 days.

ITEMS PRODUCED: Logo, Favicon, Letterhead, Social Media Icons, Brand Guidelines.

ROLE: As the sole creative force behind this project, my aim was to weave an inspiring brand narrative for a travel-themed website.

PRODUCTION TOOLS AND SOFTWARE: Pencil and Paper, and Illustrator.

OBJECTIVE: Our goal was to fashion a compelling logo and a set of brand guidelines that resonated with the wanderlust spirit of a travel-themed website.

TARGET AUDIENCE: Travelroo's audience knows no bounds, encompassing anyone aged 25-50 with a passion for exploration and adventure.

CONCEPT:
The core idea revolved around the creation of a vibrant and exhilarating color palette, encapsulating the joy that travel brings. Travelroo stands as your passport to the latest travel destinations and experiences from around the world.

CHALLENGE: The challenge was to craft a visual identity that stood out amidst a sea of competitors. In a departure from clichéd symbols like planes and globes, we embarked on a brainstorming journey that soon yielded the right inspiration for our logo.

PROCESS: This project unfurled across 5 dynamic days, segmented into three distinct phases. Our initial phase was research, where we delved into existing brands, uncovering inspiration to forge mood boards that guided us on typography, colors, and overall aesthetics. The second phase was all about ideation, marked by swift rough sketches for the logo that evolved into digital drafts, meticulously refined to perfection. The third and final phase brought it all together seamlessly. As we wrapped up this venture, we handed the client a comprehensive logo package, featuring diverse logo versions optimized for both print and web use, spanning full color, black and white, and greyscale renditions. Additionally, we provided them with a brand guideline, ensuring the consistent and effective use of their brand.
